Novotel Suites Riyadh Olaya

The rooms are super spacious and very clean and well maintained by Mr. Joseph, the Housekeeping Manager and his team. The restaurant is very well managed by Mr. Hussain and Mr. Nurul. The service is excellent. The quality of the food is really good, thanks to Chef Montasser and his team.

First impression: Great, treated with respect and smiles. Checkin: Smooth, upgraded to suite after seeing my family. Room: Great, better than expectations. Spacious Location: Lively, next to everything. Within City. Checkout: Smooth within seconds Staff: I would really like to thank the conceirge Egyptian, I forgot his name. He was in afternoon/evening shift. Breakfast: No idea, didnt take as my stay was just for night.

Staff who work there. The air conditioner. Works well. I did not have to call anyone to get it working.

Location is excellent, Staff very helpful, the Breakfast was decent.

The price was terrific and the location was exactly what I wanted, and parking was bad on the street, thankfully the hotel had plenty of free parking in the basement.
